October was when my training started to get back on track following the early summer crash, and the intensity really ramped up.

The training sessions are as follows:

29th Oct – gym session, spin bike and weights. 51 minutes. 553 calories.

25th Oct – xc ride around Malmesbury. 1 hour and 48 minutes. 1289 calories.

24th Oct – gym session, spin bike and weights. 50 minutes. 508 calories.

19th Oct – xc ride around Malmesbury. 1 hour and 57 minutes. 1094 calories.

18th Oct – gym session, spin bike and weights. 1 hour and 14 mins. 944 calories.

11th Oct – xc ride around Malmesbury. 2 hours and 8 minutes. 1564 calories.

10th Oct – gym session, spin bike and weights. 57 minutes. 607 calories.

4th Oct – xc ride around Malmesbury. 1 hour and 37 minutes. 1076 calories.

3rd Oct – gym session, spin bike and weights. 43 minutes. 422 calories.

1st Oct – gym session, spin bike and weights. 1 hour and 7 minutes. 739 calories.
