Eating well the Mombee Way

I firmly believe that food is a key part of any training plan, whether that's preparing for the Olympics or helping your body to be ready for lesser challenges. I try to manage my weight consistently through some a variety of ideas, without following fads and extreme diets. I really like my food & drink, and an extended meal with friends is never to be missed... so I'm not proposing anything here that stops me enjoying life.
