The training sessions for February 2014 are as follows:
15th-22nd Feb – Skiing in Samoens, France. A tough first two days as my knees acclimatised, but then the muscles in my legs kicked in and changed shape for the better.
10th Feb – 320 calories. HR avg 114.
8th Feb – A slow off-road ride through gale force winds and lots of standing water. 14 miles. 1 hour 21 minutes.
4th Feb – 892 calories. HR avg 126.
