Allowing for some error of margin with the scales at the work gym (thankyou Telefonica for that brilliant facility), today I reckon I hit the magical 86kg target. I’ve been around the 87kg mark for a few weeks, but a busy week meant less food (and less cups of sugary tea) last week, and a long ride on Saturday probably burnt off any excess (3000 calories according to the Polar heart monitor). So this morning the scales seemed to just slip under that 86kg mark!
Now, what are the chances of hitting a racing-snake 82kg before Christmas?
