One of the joys of long days and late commutes is the fifteen mites on Radio 4 at seven o’clock in the evening… we may not have the Shipping Forecast very often, but at least the BBC have kept The Archers. The charm of The Archers is that you can duck in and out of it once or twice a week, and you’ll still have a feel for what’s going on, even if you don’t know the characters. So it’s going to be very interesting to see what they make of Bradley Wiggins Friday 21st March, when he appears as himself to present some prizes at a show… it’s all for Sport Relief and is a must-listen few minutes for all cyclists, surely??
Update 13th March – In the original post, I thought that Wiggo’s appearance was tomorrow (14th March), but it turns out that, as you’d probably expect, it’s going to be on Sport Relief Day, which is next Friday, the 21st March.
